very happy man at last

well as me and my mate decided to go fishing on 21/10/2006 at the cut off channel at hilgay bridge i got the rods out just as dark was falling so then i went to see how my mate was getting on he was still setting up lol so i sat with him about 1 hour and i herd a bleep on one of my alarms so i did not take much notice off it i thought wind maybe then it just shot off like mad i ran to it then hit it and i thought its not very big could not tell what it was then the next thing it came up to the top of the water it was a pike off 4lb 8oz

then i recast the rod back out to then i went to see my mate again i was there about 15 mins talking about fishing then one off my rods went bleep a couple off times so then i went to it and it was still doing it so i thought ill hit it and it was hooked then it started to go up stream fast then it came in and what was it my first zed i was going mad with laughs and thought yes at last i then weighed it it went 4lb dead on

so then got rod back out went and see my mate again he did not look very happy he say you got all the action i said well your turn will came trust me he said yeah i bet so i done 2 coffee brew just as i was pouring mine one off my alarms was screaming i drop the flask burnt my self lol i hit into it and was hooked again i got it in it was a pike off 4lb 4oz

so i got the rod back out went and sat with my mate i sat there for about 1 hour and a half it was dead for me then my mate got a bleep then more so he hit it i got the net ready then i could here mine screaming i then drop the net ran to mine hit it but nothing was there so then i went to help my mate out with his it was a pike off 5lb 1oz he did not take pics off it dont know why so i said told you will get one he laughed then it just went dead so we left about 2 hours later after the ants bite the hell out off my hands ouch so now i cant go till the 4/11/2006 as he is the driver gutted sorry for the pics my mate cant take pics to save his life.
