zeds

i like to just thank my missus for allowing me to go tonight .any way i arrived at the selected drain and stood on the bridge looking down and was contemplating where to fish once decided i was soon down to the selected swim and rod put together and two were sent to the far bank and the other was dropped along the margin to my right i settle back to await some interest which did not take to long but alas it was aborted another 30 minutes past and my far bank dead bait was being butchered and my bobbin shot up to the top i swetped the rod back to feel the satisfying thump of a zed shaking it head a small battle commenced but it was soon brought under control and banked it was soon unhooked and wieghed 9lb pic below
after another fifteen minutes the live bait rod was off and i was soon again down to the rods fighting what ever was attached it was soon floundering on the top and banked this went 8lb 8oz pic below

while i was putting this fish back the dead bait rod was signaling to me some more murder and mayhem i was on if in a flash and once again the rod arced over and a scrapy zed was once again in the net great this is going well i thought once again pics were taken and weight recorded 8lb pic below once i was back organised and rods out i sat back for a smoke and again i was scrambling down the bank to yet another run i connected to the fish and it was having none of it but i kept attached and it was quickly overcome and banked this weighed 6lb 7oz picture here i hope again the rod was sent back across and i was knackered but very please with how it was going but soon i was off to the rods as the far bank dead was off but it was dropped befoore i could get to it another 45 minutes past and nothing came so i decided to call it a day it fished well tonight and i can only think its down to the weather change in progress .
