Re: Zander Fishing

They are not fans of sea baits

They are right in the snags

you can catch them in the day but are mainly nocturnal so go realy early or late and good luck

Try roach ect of very deep diving green/flashy lures

Re: Zander Fishing

Zander are the most sly of sly fish mate !! You will need bags of patience 'cause if they're not in the mood nothing you can do will temt them the only advice i can give you though is that zanders mouths are not designed for chomping big baits so bear it in mind when your baitingt up and you'll have a better chance eh !! GOOD LUCK AND MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU !!

Cool Re: Zander Fishing

As you need the Points I'll give you some tips.

Try quite small roach live or dead baits.

Keep the end tackle smaller than for Pike fishing.

Smallish Zander are Shoal fish.

Look for very snaggy swims with a drop off in close proximety.

For lure fishing try red or Green with Silver target points.

I hope this helps.
