Yesterdays trip was a mixed bag, arrived on the Avon 10am and did the loading and launching of the boat and trundled off up river, and moored up outside the marina.
Rigged the rods up with a dead roach and no sooner as they settled they were off, firstly a small jack 4lb followed by a small zed 3lb, great I thought, they day slowly drifted by without a touch, so decided to move up river for the afternoon session, and it paid off with another 6 jacks and 5 zander best going 8lb 7oz with a couple of 5's also, so all in all a goods days fishing.
