Last Nights Zed Trip

got to my chosen swim about 6.30 pm, decided to use one rod with float fished dead roach for bait.
Let both of my dogs out of the car, bad move it took about 10-15 minutes before they settled down.
No bites in the last hour of daylight, however in the next 2 hours of darkness i had 3 bites and i missed them all.....then the dogs started barking and would not stop, (slightest noise would set them off),, they have never done that before.
I put up with it for 30 mins then called it a night,,,, looking back i was pleased with 3 bites even though i missed them all,,,, until next time

You done better than me mate I fished Sat night and did not have a bite...at least my two dogs behaved themselves lol

Sorry to hear you didnt connect with the bites...Have thought of taking my dog fishing, but he is still a bit of a puppy so am gonna wait till he is a bit older.

i dont take my jack russel any more anything that moves she is after witch is ok when on walks but a pain when fishing.unlucky with the dropped runs next time .P.S leave the dogs at home lol.
