Hi
I am looking to purchase a new shelter for fishing on the Fens. For the last two seasons I have used a Daiwa Mission brollie system with a wrap over which has been brilliant. A lot of the swims I fish are very tight so require something that can be set up on a uneven narrow bank, taking into account the steep sides of the bank

Any recommendations?

fox use to do a good shelter called the evolution, would fit in a rod bag/quiver.. consists of 3 shock corded fibre poles complete with a door, would be about same size as your daiwa brolley.. main diff being you can spread the base wide (space permitting) in windy conditions or close the base together in narrow swims. 2 storm poles are needed at front of bivvy then whole system is rock solid.... only draw back is setting up when really windy..

i have the fox evo that headless has seen,,,but wot he did not see was my face when i popped another frigging ally pole on sat am as i packed up, not even windy just got the pole stuck as i undid it and pop, twenty plus squids, a great shelter, but too high a maintrenance cost. think there are better solutions out there...??

AND now F F S....Fox dont have the broken part in stock for 2 weeks ,,,,so out zandering with a dodgy shelter, not good

There are already enuff poles in the fens............... plus headless has his street cred to think about and, i am convinced if you are going to blank as often as i do, you at least need to look like you know what youy are doing , even if i dont
