| Zander tackle shake down Zander tackle shake down Well its been way to long since I cast a line due to health so I said sod it Im going fishing on my own as just cant take not fishing. Choosen fishing was zander on the sharpness canal Gloucester but below gloucester and it was really a scouting session to get my kit sorted and also try somewhere i have never given time to. Bait Well it was small 3 inche roach and lamprey fished along with blended trout in a open end swimfeeder to act as chum Rigs Lampery rig was a simple section fishing on trebles 8s on fox leger stems fishing in the center on the canal ( about 15ft deep ). Might be a bit big but start big and work myself lighter next time if needed Roach Rig was a 3 inch roach with its tail cut of ( more scent ) on a pop up as i didnt know what the bed was like. So i was all set and with a bloody cold wind blowing I settled in and waited for my first run  Well time went and i didnt get a single run and as i could not stay till dark I called it a day.
