| Re: zander fishing Hi It really depends on the venue, night fishing is best during the warmer months with day time being better when the water temp drops, water clarity pays a big part as well as the wind, Best time for them? again depends on the venue but I would say September until May what venue are you going to fish for them? | Re: zander fishing I agree with Darrell. All depends on the venue, with canals differing from rivers in terms of best times. Water clarity and temps play a big part, with nights being good for the warmer summer months as temps drop. Clarity may not matter as much on a deep canal for example, as opposed to something more shallow. Zeds always like a bit of colour, and an overcast day even with a bit of rain and a howling wind can be very good. Gerry |
