 Advice sought re Sharpness canal Hi I've Heard that the Sharness canal between Quedgely and Glos docks is good for zander, anyone suggest any good spots? Thanks Andy     |

| Re: Advice sought re Sharpness canal the forum fished it last week as a zander meet by the swing bridge only 1 zander caught but a few pike were caught. But there are zeds there. Rich forum admin will point you in the right direction. |

| Re: Advice sought re Sharpness canal Hi Contact Gerry T from this forum, he fishes there quite a bit and knows the hot spots I contacted Gerry just before our Zander meet there this month, he gave me plenty of info and even made the time to visit me on the Friday morning The forum meet only had one Zander caught but some nice pike were caught We fished near the new bridge, there was plenty of takes from the Zander amongst the members but only one was hooked We fished the area opposite the cement works, but there is an areas a couple of miles further up that Gerry recommended, it also has better parking, Sorry I cant remember the name of the place but I am sure if you PM Gerry he will give you some more info Good luck Darrell |
