| Coventry Canal Zander - Please help me to catch my first Zed! Hi Guys! I've been trying to catch my first Zander for over two years now and quite frankly, it's beginning to get personal!  I'm coming up to Coventry on Sunday hoping to pop over to see the TCF Show in the afternoon and hubby and I thought we would take the opportunity to wet a line in the canal (as I'm told the canal is stuffed full of them) in order to try to catch me my first Zed. I don't need a huge one, one with it's egg case still attached will do!  If anyone has any suggestions of specific areas to try or preffered tactics and rigs I would be extremely grateful. Hi Dont go to the canal near ashby area nr coventry -I called BWB at fazley last week to see if the had been any electro netting on the grand union ( no was the reply) but they took out 6 mid double zeds and sent them to berry hill fisheries, the rest went to billingsgate fish market all from the cut at ashby nr coventry , heard anther story that 900 came out.....  __________________ You smell that?
