Re: 2008 Zander Meet Report

Quality reports, photos and video, well done.

Well done to those who caught, especially my team mate! But surely points should be shared as every one contributes to a fish-in! Second thoughts, better not

Re: 2008 Zander Meet Report

A great day, if a little curtailed. It was good to meet eveyone (Again and for the first time!) Shame we couldn't sprit out a few more fish, but then that's why they call it fishing I guess.

A nice enough spot so I'm fairly sure I'll be back at some stage. Hopefully Zander won't prove elusive for this years hunt (Go pardner!).

All in all another trip to the darkside which I really enjoyed (I'm really sorry Rob, I'm weak. What can I say! ) Look, I even tried to camo up for Ian's photo's... I'm the near invisible one in the Sundrige bib and brace and camo top! Now you see me! Now you don't. Had to resort to the full bright red floaty later though.. Damn that wind was cold.

BTW, did anybody else hear the little voice off to my right repeatedly saying "The Emperor will show you the true nature of the Force. He is your master now."... Thought I was going mad for a while...

Great video Steve, and thanks all for a great day.

Dave: Well, try putting it in fifth then.
Rich: Oh.

I did wonder why it wouldn't pull much. (And if that's not a feeder line, I don't know what is!)

Or baked beans on toast and falling asleep on the sofa and waking up at 2:45am with a really stiff neck. You might win there Ian.
