Maybe KLAA could display signs at all there access points to deter these licence dodgers, not only in English but in all the relevant Eastern European languages. Surely it it could be done at a reasonable cost perhaps outlining prosecution terms also.
This sort of thing has got to be nipped in the bud asap to save our waters and protect our fishing. Just done Klaa search to find an outdated webpage but not to worry , Ill be writing strongly about this to them this evening and hopefully others will too.
