hard night going

i decide to go zedding again for the night on friday to saturday morning as wanted to get back to meet mick brown as he was opening a new tackle shop for steve younger and guess what i fell asleep when i got home gutted but any way i decide to go to a choosen venue again that i thought it would pop me a zed or 2 well i got there and it look great condetions even looked good with a nice riple on the water and a few corements about and a few fish trashing the other side so i felt confedent the predotors was about so got the rods setup up and out they went on selected baits :) well the evening was coming and not a single bleep then about 12 o clock and still no sinlge bleep so i thought whats going gonna be a hard night so i started to put the baits a round the swim about every 30 mins hope drop a biat on there heads then sat back and waited for the moment and at 3.24am a bleep on the right rod then about after about 5 mins the rod came to life so i was quick on to it and hit it i did and i was on and it was giveing good fight aswell and i got it in the net and a zed it was so got the scales and sling to weight it up and 6lb 3oz




so on letting her go back she shot off like a rocket so then got the rod back out hope on for another one so went and sat back down and suddenly the left rod came to life so i was soon down the bank on to it and hooked it was but did not feel big but got it in a jack pike about 4lb did not take pic as it looked if it had been attacked bye summit else and looked quiet bad condection bleeding like hell from the side so i quick put it back and then got the rod back out and sat back as dayligt was coming up and had nothing bye 8 in the morning so packed up and left till next time but was still happy with the zed and pike better then a blank i always say
