Zander Mission next on the list!!

I've just had a tip off about a stretch of canal not too far away from me that is fishing very well for Zander at the moment - they're responding very well to lures fished early morning and last thing at night, so I'm determined to try to get my first Zed this weekend..~I'll let you know how I get on! hopefully it will be another 1.5 points for the saucy minnows!!

Be very careful mate a zanders could be in spawn plus in the hot waether the take a long time to recover after being caught or they will die

Don't worry there was no chance of A) Zander or B) Hot weather!!!

I caught nowt and got soaked and freezing....ah well such is fishing

sounds good to me, any help tracking down Zeds would be much appreciated....I'm planning to do lots of lure fishing this year, can't wait till the rivers open....not giving up the bait fishing completely though..I know a few class spots for BIG barbel too if your interested!
