Re: fishing new passage

hi chaps,
fished here last night sat 19th,got there early as advised set up and waited,
nothing for about an hour, then a local lad from bristol arrived and said it had been fihing well lately, but fished better on the ebb.on high tide got first bite
whiting about 3/4 pound ,bites continued still whiting then my mates rod gave arattle and he struck in to something which started stripping line off ,he
started gaining on it after about 5 mins when it went again and then there was a an almighty crack, will never know what it was probably a conger.
any way still the whiting kept coming then we heared shout and he was in to another fish which turned out to be a codling about 3 or 4 pound, after that
nothing so we packed up at 11.30pm and went home.
great place to fish will definately be going back.
oh by the way all fish went back safely
plugger

Re: fishing new passage

hi you can park next to a small housing estate your car will be safe dont worry.
the venue is only fishable probably about 2hours up and 2 hours down there is a stone seawall there it is not a tackle graveyard and you will not be standing on mud
