any advice on rigs, bait ,spieces for fishing holyhead breakwater appreciated

im live in holyhead and go fishing off the breakwater quite often your best bait will be wragworm or squid and by the way use grip weights if your going off the end otherwise the tide will take your line.one of my mates the other day caught a 10 pound smoth hound off the end using squid and mackeral
most of the fish there are
dogfish
congers
wrasse
dabs
scorpionfish
mackeral(in the summer)
octopus
by the way when are you going i might be there.

i have already been upto holyhead and did not catch many fish. there was a comp on and there was not a lot of fish caught.

that comp would have been the holyhead open strange that not much was caught because i noraly catch loads well too bad
