Question Port Talbot or Swansea???

Just recieved my application form for a permit to fish on the Swansea West Pier and Port Talbot Old Stone Pier.
Which one is the best as on the form you have to pick one or the other, mean's has I haven't been there, I haven't a clue which one to choose.
Any help please.
Thanks WMOTV
