Hi from Cardigan area

I'm very new at this, done a bit of course fishing a while back but now i want to try my hand at salt water, from the shore. Does anybody know of some likely spots around here (Cardigan to Newquay) I could fish, bearing in mind I'm an unfit 60 year old so beaches and pier's are best

Hi, i am going to Newquay on holiday and can you give me any idea where is good to fish and what is the best bait to use. i am very new to fishing so i am unsure if i should use bait or lures of the beaches or piers.
