| The fogs gone,but the Cod are still about !!!! 23 Dec After nearly a week of fog it was nice to be able to see where we were going !!!, but still a cold gloomy day.Fish were biteing soon after droping anchor,A few good whiting put in an appearance,along with baby and adult thornback rays,the first cod boated after a half hour or so.All together a dozen Cod over the course of the day with the best fish a nice "double" to Skipper Dan. Some of the days fish....... Baby Thornback ray,  And one of his Bigger brothers  Whiting and codling......   Best Cod of the day fell to Lady Helen skipper Dan......  __________________ Mike.. Some of the boys from the club were out with crossie on thursday They managed 29 to around 5 pound There secret weapon two bait diggers went with them taking 16lb of black lug alright for some isn,t it. charlie..... |
