Sprats slow down the Bristol channel Cod...Lady helen 3/4 Dec

The annual arrival of the sprat shoals, caused a dramatic slowdown in the Cod fishing, with only a few small fish boated over the weekend. Some whiting and Rays made up the remainder of a pleasant calm weekend.Best fish of the weekend a cracking late season Blonde Ray of 11lb 12oz...

Blonde Ray 11lb 12oz
