foreshore fun

Cheers to all who gave me advice on fishing the place last week.
Didn't fish as much as i planned to due to the weather and the beer.
Did have a couple of hours friday night with a couple of whiting but lost a load of tackle. went back down there saturday morning and collected it all and surveyed the beach a bit more.
A couple of guys fishing there on Saturday morning had good results, saw a 7lb bass which someone had caught first cast and a few codling upto 3 1/2lb were caught.
Ended up fishing last night from what i now know is cods corner and had a 2lb and a 4lb codling along with a couple of whiting..absolutley baltic though.

Will definatley be back there again.
does anyone know how it fishes on the smaller tides. I won't be able to get out again till next weekend.

John
