Thumbs up what gower beaches for flatties

just wondering what the fishing is like around the beaches on the Gower?
there are some nice looking sandy beaches like port eynon, horton and Llangennith, do they fish good for flatfish now the water is getting colder ?
I have fished the Louchor estuary a few times but you are restricted to very small tides there for it to be worthwhile, also considering cefn sidan in Llanelli.
Hoping to fish for flatties and whiting now that i have just bought myself some new kit and i'm itching to try i all out after a long spell off seafishing.
all advice appreciated regarding places, tides and bait. thanks guys.
