| Cardiff Foreshore , and all the codling have disappeared ....... Fished Cardiff Foreshore this afternoon ,smallish tide ,buit high hopes for a few codling ,as this time last year they were around in numbers . Not much luck managed a snotty eel ,and a micro whiting ,John managed a conger of around 2 lb ,which unhooked itself and escaped before having its picture taken..... Plenty of bait left over ,so another blanking session is in order over the weekend  A nice calm day at the foreshore despite a brisk NW wind   The days action ,snotty eel, a stone and a micro whiting ,nothing to shout about ,but thats fishing sometimes   __________________ Mike..
