Shark record tumble`s in an amazing days fishing ......

A few forum members were due to fish aboard Whitewater last friday ,which unfortunatly the trip fell foul of the unpredictable summer weather ,we were all gutted especially in the light of the previous 2 days events .74 Sharks in the 2 previous days ,24 on the thursday ,but the real action was on the wednesday with 50 sharks between 4 anglers .

David Morris from Ludlow Shropshire and three anglers boated 50 Blue sharks in a day of non stop action ,14 Blues over 100lb ,best tipping the scales at 167LB

This shattered the previous Boat record of 25 sharks !!!!!

Birthday boy David Morris shattered another boat record ,boating 14 Blues himself.

Andrew worked his socks off ,boating all 50 without a crewman , and still managed to make a top cuppa tea in between the action.

72 year young John "Cpt Birdseye" Holmes,proved your never too old to land a monster with the best Blue of the day @167lb

Mike thats one hell of a achievment,50 sharks in a day between 4 guys is backbreaking stuff,and as for the skipper having no deckie well what can i say he must be a very special guy,as you know mate i travel around a bit fishing and i have friends who have caught 30-35 bill fish in a day but the skippers had 2 deckies but to be on your own is just a super human achievment (wow what a guy) and the anglers didnt do too bad either WELL DONE GUYS
