Mullet , more annoying than an annoying thing .......

Headed off to Cardiff Barrage inner harbour ,for a crack at the mullet , fished 3 hours ,couple of tentative takes resulting in nowt , lots of fish swirling on the surface and even small mullet jumping clean out of the water all around my float ,mullet have got to be the most annoying /frustrating fish in the world .

The place ...Cardiff Barrage inner basin, the method float fished bread .....The result bugger all !!!!!!!!

Yes Mike, have to agree with you.
The best way is not take it personally, the fish with the lazy eye, that just cruises around your float, in full view, eating everything but your hookbait isn't really winking at you.

Had another couple of hours ,last night ,again plenty of fish,devouring bread from the surface ,and striping hook bait after hook bait . The result mullet 2 mike 0. The hunt continues......
