Re: low water marks

Monknash is very picturesque & can throw up some good fish. Unfortunately I have struggled badly there this year. It is "best fished on big tides" 2 down, 2 up (don't get cut off). The walk through the haunted woods make it interesting at night. Parking in farmers field with honesty box.

Re: low water marks

well for bass go to llangenith.

pick a small tide with high well into darkness and fish from low up with lug or maddies on a 2 hook flapper cast 30-40 yards out...some great sport.

can't help on the pollack sorry

Re: low water marks

I think you can get pollack from mumbles pier.
Ragworm down tight against the piles, maybe floatfishing over slack water or jiggling it up & down with a straight lead.
I've had them from the short arm, tight against the wall with rag, no great size to them though.
