Hows southerndown fishing?

Hi, im off to southerndown today and was wondering if anyone knew how its been fishing lately?

Has been fishing well, on smaller tides, rays ,dogs ( lots or em ),turbot and the odd bass. The rip on the ebb today will be strong for the first couple of hours

Double sandeel ,or sandeel and squid coctails will do the biz, wouldn't bother with worm personaly. Mackerel and bluey are good too, but the dogs love fish baits A LOT !!!!!!!

Hey guys, yeah rained for hour but then brightened up lovely.......... me and my dad decided to fish the beach which resulted in my father catching 4 bass(2 keepers) and 2 rays......whilst i only caught the 1 bass..lol
but overal was a good day out....cheers for the bait tips..........
