| Spring day on shorty What a difference a day makes.... Bright sunshine, gentle breeze, calm sea, same location. Bites from the off, starting slowly over the top then speeding up as the flow increased, unfortunately the general stamp of fish got smaller. First a whiting twice as big as yesterdays  10.5 oz followed by a doggie who didn't quite go a lb.  as time drifted towards midday the breeze picked up from the opposite direction to yesterday and the fish dropped to 10oz doggies & 5 oz whiting. plenty of action... all taken on Mackeral. __________________ Spahill <:--- --- --- --- It was this big --- --- --- ---:>     |
