Popped down jacksons yesterday with my 2 mates, arrived about 1.30pm
there was already about 12 anglers there but we found a gap half way along
the rocks.
asked the usual question nothing happening, i used a 2 hook flapper rig looking
for whiting with a little bit of squid, my mates useing whole squid for cod.
nothing happening for the first hour until i had a cracking bite which turned out
to be a 4lb codling, jammy bugger or wat ?
No more bites for any one glad to get home out of that cold easterly wind.
