Swansea Area

Hoping to get the chance to fish Swansea / Port Talbot area on Monday or Tuesday afternoon. High tide Monday is about 11.30am and I can't start until about 2.30pm so will be fishing last 3 hours of the ebb probably. Can anyone recommend a suitable mark for this part of the tide and target species / bait as it's a new area to me. Would be interested in fishing the Loughor for flounder, weather forecast is fine over the next few days so shouldn't be too coloured. Has the fishing been good there lately? Thanks.
