Took the walk to Morfa & didn't get a nibble.
2 down 2 up.
Southerly wind, sunny spells, plenty of small surf.
Sandeel & crab in surf & just beyond.
Was a pleasant few hours even if the fish didn't come out to play.

did you go to the river mouth???

might have a try there friday night over low water for a couple of hours into darkness...or try witches again will see what the wind and surf is doing.

We went pretty much straight out.
I did say to K that we should be down by the river & how much easier the walk was from BOC than from Kenfig, but as it was 1st look at the place & we weren't too bothered about catching we took the easy option.
Should be going to Oxwich tommorow with hounds to enjoy the sun.
Will be going to river there to get away from (early) picnicers as the Whoppet helps himself to any food in view, bags or hands.

the river mouth at oxwich can be really good into darkness...also throw up some decent bass and flatties during the day if our friends on the jetskis leave you alone.

the currents down there are deceiving too, even on a small tide.
