| Morfa Beach 9 Bit of a ray day ! After a quick chat on the phone yesterday ,John suggested we give Morfa a try ,see if we could weedle out a few points for the species hunt . Set off at 8 am ,looking to fish low up to high .After a trek of a mile or so  we arrived at the waters edge ,wind on our backs and a small swell runing ,looked nigh on perfect !.... Out with squid ,sandeel and worm baits ,we were soon into the "baby" Small Eyed Rays ,and "Titchy" turbot,whiting and a nice Flounder ,around the 1LB mark for John. A very enjoyable day .....definatly be going back in search of some bigger rays and turbot. Hazey pics im afraid ,some idiot got bait on the camera lens !!!!MORFA BEACH ...looking back to Port Talbot steel works   Day started off with a run of "baby" Small Eyed Rays   Then a run of "titchy" Turbot   Last fish of the day a nice Flounder     __________________ Mike..
