| Aberavon 4/5 Hit the beach at 17:00 for low water, not such a long a walk this time as the tides were smaller. Spent 2 hours collecting bait, razors 0, lug 20 ish before fishing. Started slowly but, K was first in with a small turbot, then it was my turn with this little fella.  As it darkened the bites picked up & we enjoyed a mixed bag with some more turbos, doggies, whiting (pin & small) and some flounder the best of which went 38cm & fairly chunky  Most of the fish were caught on strips of mackeral, bites slowed up towards the top of the tide so we headed home, cheerfull. __________________ Spahill <:--- --- --- --- It was this big --- --- --- ---:>     |
