| goldcliffe last night went to goldcliffe last night with the father in law we had decided to go the right of the car park in between the two houses and after 20 mins we had to move because the water was ripping right round the corner so with a short walk back around the corner again we baited up and in the water, it took only a couple of minuits for a rattle on my rod got it in and it was a nice little codling at just under a lb in weight after that the  decided to come down a bit heavy but the fish were still on the feed as i had another 5 codling the biggest was 1 1/2 lb but my father in law had 3 codling and biggest was just over 2lb on the very last cast unhappy with the weather but the fishing was great as the fish were the biggest codling we had all season      |
