| sker point fishing trip hi all just thought i would tell you how our fishing trip went we fished sker point, we arrived there at 10:30 in the morning and it looked lovley calm seas and a slight wind and the sun was shineing. BAIT, lug, king rag, makeral, squid and clams, RODS FISHED 5 FISHING TIME 10:30am to 5pm FISH COUGHT 2 small pouting, 1 small rockling  and 1 starfish on makeral  AS WE DIDENT WANT TO GO HOME EMPTY HANDED WE MADE OUR WAY TO OUR LOCAL ESTUARY (loughour) BAIT same RODS FISHED 3 FISHING TIME 6pm to 8pm FISH COUGHT 2 good flatfish 1 & half lb EACH and 1 small flatty (about a ounce lol) so all in all it was a so so days fishing i would say as we went for cod, conger and ray :) but we all cought fish and had a good day out but i think for the walk you have to do i think your better off fishing llangeneth (gower) as the walk is the same and the fishing is better i think (plus you have more cover if its windy) sorry its so long but i thought you might want to know     |

| Re: sker point fishing trip The walk to sker can be a long one especially with your gear, I don't think the winds today would have helped, but at least you found some fish of worth in your estury |
