Around Pembroke Dock Next Week

Hello All,
Haven't been sea fishing for a long time now, so will have to try and find my sea tackle in the garage and dust it down.
Going down Pembroke Dock next tues and will be taking a fly rod and a 11ft lighweight bass rod, could anyone give us a couple of pointers to where best to try?? will be fishing the tide all the way up, HW 14:45
Are there any mackerel around now????
Also is there anywhere to get fresh bait in Pembroke Dock, will be after some peelers and some rag or lugg??
