| wed 25th Locked out in sunny conditions at 0800 on wed. By the time id dropped anchor 40 mins later it was drizzle and a cold southerly wind. Anyway it stayed quite calm even though i was freezing my watsits off. Dave had the first codling on his first cast while i was still tackling up.....then no bites for another 2 hours so we moved across channel some more. Dave had the next codling too..hmmm. Saved my blank with a codling on my last cast. All were about 3 lb on squid. Locked in at 4.45.
