Bass fishing to night or not

I m sat at my computer thinking of going bass fishing tonight,
i usually fly fish for bass but might try a few plugs tonight in this wind.
I think the tide is about 9.30 pm at cardiff 10 .9 m which is not to late
and a perfect sise. i havent been for about a month so we wil have to
see if they are still about.
should get 3 hours fishing 1 hour before high water and 2 down.
Hopefully ill have something to report in the morning.
