Ah well -- Will fish our little nuts off and if they turn up we will have them after all Ladey Helen has to keep her name in the top three of winning fish yet again this year.

you fish with your nuts if you want rich but small hooks for cod is a definate no no.............. i'll stick to crabs!!!!!.......

Went out yesterday out of Barry and guess what......


NO COD

But did have some Conger and Rays one or two small whiting but not a lot of fish caught even though we tried hard all day.

Still always a next time

From what Im looking at it bushing Force 6 swell from north and rain

met check forecast really strong winds during the night but 7 and 8mph from 6am onwards...westerley which is great for penarth!!

All the weather sites giving light westerly from around 6 am ,so expect northerly gales all day !!....
