Up to meet at 4.00 then of to milford a little chat then ww3 pulled up what a cracking boat she is only three months old , was a bit bumpy on the way out then after 15 miles we stopped on the (Barrels ) for the bait in no time they were bursting with macky so of we went thirty five miles out we was on the mark s to start the dript ruby duby out and rods out we started the wait full of excitement .

Andy the skipper gave us virgin sharkers the run down not and before we had time for the first cuppa we heard click click we jumped to our feet to see whos rod and bloody hell it was mine with andy one side and garry the other I was being talked through it after about three runs and retrieves my arms were screaming then we saw it it went into a frenzy on the surface andy opened the door and with a few good tugs it was on board rockling said well done that’s high nineties or even a ton I would say more like a ton said andy the skipper after a wash it was hauled across my lap for the pictures it turned out to be 105.7 lb it was then returned to the depths

Next to have a run was Rockling witch resulted in another good blue later maybe an hour or so dave ,s real started to go this also resulted in a blue their was then a long time with not much action but this was not waited as we fished for the joey mackrel to freez down for the winter , then as luck would have it the other andy hade t run by the way we had three andys on board confused yet lol ! At the same time Kevin had a take at this time we hade two shars on sods law kevins fish cut andys line with its fin it looked a very powerfull fish to so we now had one on just got it to the surface and it shook the hook free .
