| bass off the rocks!! went out on the kayak yesterday... hot and hummid is all i can describe it as....well the fishing just wasn't happening, the pollack and wrasse were no where to be seen regardless what i did. changed over to some lures and paddled in amongst the rocks and gullies and after 10 minutes this little beastie put in an appearance and led me a right old merry dance, having to stop it towing me around and keeping an eye on the swells comming through!! i guestimate it about the 4lb mark before he had enough and spiked me straight accross the knee cap...guess thats a bit of Karma for the fish. great to watch him recover next to the yak and then off he went with a flick of the tale..  peace out john __________________ 2012 targets - 180 yard measured cast, 10lb bull huss, 12lb blonde, 10lb hound, 8lb small eyed, spotted ray any size     |
