| Re: spare place friday Look, I have only just joined the forum after finding it by accident. I see that you are fishing out of Penarth Friday morning. I have fished the channel from the shore but never from a boat before. Can you let me know what time you will be leaving Friday please? Mike |

| Re: spare place friday Me again KK, I see that Lazy Hooker has also suggested that he would like to go. Are you able to accommodate both of us or have you just one place available? If you can only take one of us, then I suggest that you take Lazy Hooker this time, but I would be happy to join you another time - and will be happy to share costs etc. Also, I know that I said that I had not fished the channel on a boat before, but I am no novice angler. I have been shore fishing for around 30 years - having grown up in Scarborough, i was inevitable. I have lived in the North East, the North West and in the West Mids for the 6 years. I fish around Cardiff and Newport and I am essentially a shore fisherman! I would need to get some bait organised. | Re: spare place friday Sorry Mike, only one space at this time, but I am out every weekend and i'm sure there will be lots of times when I need crew, I have offered the space to LH as suggested but keep a lookout on here as I always post when looking for crew. i'll also keep your number and give you a ring when they come up if you like. cheers for now KK |
