Who said anything about being cheaper.....its seems like a guessing game and i can't do any worse than whats being forcast.......

now theres a thought different forecaster every week depending on the accuracy of their reports...then again i may just be tempted to nail SOME of the forecasters....mmmmmm sian lloyd
