| 8/16/11 Big 425 lb Daytime Swordfish out of Islamorada, FL Bud n' Mary's! Here's pictures of a 425lb swordfish caught on Relentless out of Bud n' Mary's Fishing Marina in Islamorada, Florida on 8/16/11 by angler King Flowers, Mike Walter and his dad also named Mike Walter were the mates with Capt. We did not kill it just for a photo, this fish was cleaned and given to the party and to several people at the marina and in town - none of it goes to waste! Our fishing charters kill perhaps a couple hundred swordfish a year for recreational anglers to eat, whereas a longline boat may kill this many in a SINGLE night. |
