Re: Orlando Florida Report 2/19/08 Thanks for that Chris. I will get my brother to try and tie some that are similar. I just need to wait about another 6 weeks before the Red Drum are in my area. Have you ever tried fly fishing for Blue fish? For my fellow Brits, whom some of you probably don' t know what a Blue Fish looks like, here is a picture. Not a big fish by Blue standards but a nice one at 7lb. These fish have the body of a Sea Trout and the head and teeth of a Piranha. They are extremely aggressive and love to eat fingers. They taste delicious on the BBQ.

Re: Orlando Florida Report 2/19/08 I don't usually target bluefish but I have caught them while fishing for other species. They can be a nuisance when you are targeting tarpon and they cut off your fancy tarpon fly.

Re: Orlando Florida Report 2/19/08 Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of Tarpon in the Mediterranean. But I know what you mean about them being a pain. I have had so many hokia sets smashed up with them taking my live baits when I have been feathering them up.
