| Am trying to identify, find patterns for, history of, pictures etc. of any traditional Welsh trout and/or salmon fly patterns for the Welsh Society here in Edmonton, Alberta. I know trout and salmon fly fishing in Wales has a long history but I can't find any references to the traditional patterns of the country(other than the Diawl Bach, Haslam and Coch y Bondhu). Would much appreciate any leads. Cheers |

| Re: Welsh Fly Patterns hi, i believe the babydoll is a welsh pattern, very simple but effective on it's day, i used this old pattern at Llyngwyn, Rhayder last spring to great effect cheers ORE |
