Albury 31/12/11

Had a few hours at Albury today.Looked in at Powdermills first and with the lake to myself i decided to give it a go.Walked up to far end and had a swish around a few spots,moved along to some surface movement and soon had a 5-4 in the net,taken on a white fritz.
Moved to Vale End and had a couple of hours there.Managed to loose two small browns from the smaller pool plus a lost rainbow and some missed tugs,all on Egg Fly.The larger pool had a big shoal mid lake that was being targeted by a few souls.Managed to loose another there and called it a day.
Very mild,breezy and overcast.One guy had two on dries.
Nice to get out and blow the cobwebs away
