Kentish Trout

Fished my club water in Kent today and having rowed round the lake I ended up in the normal early season hotspot and had my 6 fish limit in an hour despite changing flies after every fish most fish came out on various small gold/ fluo headed flies only 1 on a proper nymph but that is what I expect this time of year . Do not usually start catching on my favoured Dries till the end of April.

ok slow down with the species now mate youre making me look bad lol.
I went spinning for rainbows in a loch near glasgow a few years back , they dont half spring once hooked

There is a Rainbow fishery near to me but i wouldn't give them the money, its a dump!

Had to tie some of the killer flies for a mate so took a photo.
