Newbie Question: Reels

Hi Everyone – I ‘inherited’ a Hardy Marquis Disc 7 reel. What’s the difference between this and a Marquis 7?

I think the Marquis disc, is an updated version of the Marquis reel.The main difference is the drag system, the Marquis uses the click and pawl, while the Marquis disc uses a cog gear system. Both are really good reels.
