I wonder if that was a sea trout that u lost? Rivers down here are dropping nicely so will be out on the Ebbw today. ![]() |

| Hi Jeff, I`ve a sneaky suspicion that it was, as that run has been known to produce some nice sea trout. Although it may have been a rainbow, as there have been a few escapees from fisheries further upstream, after the really heavy spates. Hope you have a few nice ones today bud. Peter ![]() |

| CC I love sea bass, but shh don`t tell anyone . I actually tried octopus in an oyster sauce on holiday, and loved it. I agree though, wild trout (sea or brown) tastes beautiful.Peter ![]() |
